About Us

Joezel Yumul began his career in the floral industry in 1991.

When he immigrated to Canada from the Philippines in 2016, he immediately secured the role of Head Designer for a floral and décor company in the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Joezel’s vast knowledge of the floral and décor industry, combined with his level of creativity and experience as a master designer, truly makes him a creative genius.  He prides himself on being easy to work with, honest, trustworthy and incredibly professional.

Joezel is a CIFD (Canadian Institute of Floral Design), WPIC (Wedding Planners Institute of Canada), CAFA (Canadian Academy of Floral Art) certified master designer.  He is also a member of WFC (World Flower Council) and currently sits on the Board of Directors for CAFA (Canadian Academy of Floral Art).

After an impressive 37-year leadership career at a top Canadian integrated energy company, Pam Nigro, director at Vogue turned her passion hobby into a career.

An avid lover of all things beautiful, Pam’s creative eye for style and love of flowers has led her to partner and open the doors to hundreds of brides and Clients - all with the goal of delivering a truly breathtaking event. 

Her strong belief in core values, such as, integrity, honesty, trust, innovation, accountability and teamwork allows Pam to ensures that VOGUE works towards the same common goals as their clients.  Pam’s bigger vision is to deliver a positive experience for all her clients and, of course, design an exclusive décor experience.

Turning dreams into reality, Pam is eager to work alongside her clients and brides to be, always ensuring top level service and attention to detail. With many years of experience in the hospitality and event industry, Vogue is Pam’s sanctuary, creative outlet and vision for the beauty that can be.

In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and cooking.
