Consultation

First consultation

Your first free/no obligation consultation will be with one of our top Designers.  The objective of the first consultation is to establish the design based on our clients’ vision and our designer’s suggestions.  We discuss colour palette themes, floral expectations and other rental options.   After this meeting we will be happy to provide you a proposal outlining our vision for your special day and cost estimate. Upon deposit, the date is booked.

Additional consultations

As a booked client, your second meeting will usually take place three to fours months prior to your wedding or event day.  At this meeting, we will discuss in more detail, your colour palette and the style you would like to see represented at your wedding or event. We will ensure that your vision is brought to life with every little detail.  We will also provide a sample of the décor, if requested. 

Some of our more detailed events/decor may require additional meetings. This will usually take place about four weeks before the event. This appointment is to finalize details and make any last changes to the file before the execution process begins.

On your wedding or event day, we manage all logistics, we are the main point of contact for vendors, manage all timelines, set up and take down décor, we will be on-site to ensure your vision comes to life and your wedding or event is a success.
